Information you choose to provide
The Phase 0 website uses email links for demo and sales requests. Selecting a Request a Demo link opens your email application. OpsBility receives the information only when you choose to send the message.
Technical information
The website hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, request time and requested page. OpsBility does not use a marketing analytics service in this Phase 0 release.
How information is used
Information sent through a demo or sales email is used to respond to your inquiry, understand your company’s interest and arrange appropriate follow-up.
Sharing
OpsBility does not sell information submitted through this website. Information may be handled by service providers that support website hosting or email delivery, subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.
Retention
Inquiry information is retained only as reasonably necessary to manage the commercial conversation, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Final retention rules will be confirmed during legal review.
Your choices
You may choose not to send an email. You may also request correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
